🤍Natural State: Kindly ensure that your hair is in its natural state when you arrive. Please avoid any styling such as straightening, curling, or chemical alterations.

🤍Avoid Accessories: We kindly request that you refrain from wearing ponytails, slick backs, headbands, hats, rubber bands, bobby pins, clips, bonnets, or anything that may leave marks, dents, or alter your curls. This also includes twist outs, braid outs, etc.

🤍Preparation: Your hair should be 100% dry (no wet roots), washed, and detangled with minimal product applied no more than 48 hours before your appointment. We recommend washing and detangling your hair the day before or on the morning of your appointment. Please Note: If additional time is required for diffusing in the salon, there will be an extra fee incurred for the time spent.

🤍Detangling: It’s important to have your hair detangled before your appointment. While we will naturally detangle your hair, excessive tangles may result in an additional fee as it will push us back.

🤍Attire: Please refrain from wearing jackets or hoodies as they may affect the quality of your haircut.

🤎We kindly ask to arrive 5-10 minutes early to avoid any delays that could affect other appointments. We want to respect everyone's time!

🤎There is a 9-minute grace period for late arrivals, with a $20 late fee after that. If you're more than 14 minutes late, we'll need to reschedule with a new deposit. There is a 5 minute grace period for appointments scheduled for 45 minutes and less.

🤎For the comfort and privacy of all our clients, we ask that you refrain from bringing any additional guests unless you require assistance or are a minor under the age of 17 that needs a parent/guardian present. If need be, only ONE parent/guardian is allowed in the shop at a time.

Please be sure to carefully follow all directions to avoid any additional fees or having to reschedule, which may result in forfeiting your deposit.
